Sharmila's walkathon, titled "Maro Praja Prasthanam" is all set enter the Dharmavaram in Anantapuram district today. Sharmila, accompanied by a massive crowd started at Tummala cross and headed towards Mallenipalli.Along the way, a farmer requested Sharmila to sow seeds in his fields to which she readily obliged. When she questioned the farmers on the difference between Dr YSR's regime and the current dispensation, they replied that they were plagued with power cuts and shortage of seeds at present. "This was never the case during YSR's tenure," they lamented.
Meanwhile, it is learnt that the cable TV services have been cut off on purpose in Dharmavaram. Added to this, power supply has also been curtailed in the town to prevent YSRCP supporters and the public at large from following the walkathon on television channels.
