VINUKONDA: A tribal youth allegedly committed suicide by holding a live wire after learning that Jaganmohan Reddy will not be released from jail any sooner. The incident took place at Venkatareddipuram thanda of Bollapalli mandal in Vinukonda constituency on Monday.
Merajoth Govindu Naik, 21, held the electric wire near his residence after a heated debate with his friends over the fate of Jagan. Naik, an ardent fan of Jagan, was unable to digest when his friends fiercely argued that Jagan would not be released from jail. Naik is survived by wife and a child.
